App will not start (Windows)
- Install the latest Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) if Windows reports a missing MSVC runtime (Microsoft).
- Allow the app in Windows Security if it was quarantined (downloads should come only from GitHub Assets).

Emulator / Citra after editing
Some users report instability when the emulator and TomoTexture both touch the same save. Prefer closing one before using the other. After an edit: load the game, save in-game if prompted, exit cleanly, then continue playing. Keep redundant backups outside the emulator folder.
Antivirus warnings
Unsigned or uncommon binaries may trigger heuristics. Compare hashes when the publisher publishes them, download only from GitHub Releases, and review reports yourself if unsure. If you do not trust the binary, do not run it.
Wrong build
Re-download the intended tag from Releases. Older builds remain listed if you need to roll back after an update.
GitHub API / download buttons
This site pulls metadata from the GitHub API for convenience. Rate limits may hide direct buttons — open Releases manually. You can set GITHUB_TOKEN for server-side requests in production.
